apibrėžtis Tarptautinė sporto organizacija, vienijanti nacionalines rogučių sporto federacijas, plėtojanti ir populiarinanti šią sporto šaką pasaulyje. Įkurta 1957 m. Davose (Šveicarija), nors savo sekciją Tarptautinėje bobslėjaus federacijoje turėjo nuo 1924 m. Oficialiosios kalbos – vokiečių ir anglų. Aukščiausiasis organas – kongresas, šaukiamas kasmet. 2000 m. turėjo 42 nares ir 5 pretendentes.
